How Is Pricing Determined?

Private ambulance fees are arranged according to the annual tariff set by the Turkish Ministry of Health. The final cost is calculated based on several factors:

  • Opening Fee: A base fee set by the Ministry is applied to every assignment.
  • Distance Fee: For city transport, fees vary by district in Istanbul. For intercity transport, a per-kilometer fee set by the Ministry is applied.

Prices include VAT and any medical supplies used during transport—there are no hidden or surprise fees. Nova Ambulance uses fully equipped emergency ambulances in all services to ensure maximum patient safety.

Accepted Payment Methods

To make things easier for patients and their families, we accept multiple payment options:

  • Cash Payment: Pay the team in cash at the end of the service.
  • Credit and Debit Cards: Our ambulances are equipped with POS terminals. We accept a wide range of cards, including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, Union Pay, and Troy.
  • Bank Transfer/EFT: You can also transfer the service fee to our company bank account.
