1. General Provisions
By requesting service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.
2. Service Scope
Nova Ambulans provides the following services:
- Emergency ambulance services
- Intercity patient transport
- Intracity patient transport
- Hospital transfer
- Home discharge services
- Event medical support
- Event ambulance service
3. Booking and Cancellation Terms
3.1. Booking
- Service requests can be made via phone, WhatsApp or website
- Booking at least 2 hours in advance is recommended for planned transfers
- 24/7 immediate service for emergencies
- Booking confirmation sent via SMS or email
3.2. Cancellation Terms
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before service starts
- 50% of fee charged for cancellations less than 2 hours before
- Full fee charged for cancellations after ambulance has departed
- Delays due to force majeure like weather or traffic are not considered cancellations
4. Payment Terms
- Payment collected after service in emergencies
- Payment can be made in advance or after service for planned transfers
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit card, bank transfer
- Invoice sent via email after service
- Private insurance agreements may apply

5. Responsibilities of Parties
5.1. Nova Ambulans Responsibilities
- Providing service in compliance with Ministry of Health regulations
- Employing qualified and certified personnel
- Providing fully equipped and maintained ambulances
- Maintaining highest level of patient safety
- Protecting confidentiality of personal data
5.2. Customer Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Reporting patient's current health condition
- Having necessary documents ready
- Fulfilling payment obligations
- Providing necessary assistance to ambulance crew
6. Liability Limitations
Nova Ambulans does not accept liability for the following situations:
- Problems arising from inaccurate or incomplete information
- Force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, etc.)
- Delays due to traffic accidents and road conditions
- Complications arising from patient's pre-existing health condition
- Problems arising from customer's failure to follow instructions
7. Patient Rights
- Right to receive quality healthcare
- Right to be informed
- Right to privacy
- Right to confidentiality
- Right to receive service in a safe environment
- Right to complain and appeal
- Right to access medical records
8. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul (Kadıköy) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for resolution of disputes arising from these terms of service. Customer is deemed to have accepted this by using our services. Disputes are primarily attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, legal remedies may be pursued.
9. Changes
Nova Ambulans reserves the right to change these terms of service without prior notice. Current terms are published on our website. By continuing to use the service, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
